Initial Consultation Meeting©
One-hour initial consultation meeting/planning session

• The Initial Consultation Meeting (ICM) is a one-hour remote meeting where a school list is determined to match the student’s profile and best suit their needs and goals. This includes transcript evaluation and a review of official standardized test scores and extracurricular activities.
• If the student is a junior, a plan of action for the last two years of high school is created to best prepare for the college process.

International College & Graduate School Counseling

Coverage Period: Equivalent to U.S. Junior Year and Senior Year in high school

• Complete school list created based on student’s academics, extracurricular activities, standardized test scores, and personal preferences
• Transcript evaluation to include AP/IB/Honors and A-Levels
• Advise on completed college applications from start to finish
• Advise on compliance with all international requirements
• Preparation and planning for college campus visits and college interviews

Career & Graduate School Guidance Counseling Package©

• Provide recommendations on benefit/need for graduate education, certifications & additional coursework to achieve stated career goals
• Survey of top graduate programs in the field and their general requirements; ideal timelines for applying, including required testing and years of work experience recommended
• Guidance for coursework that should be undertaken to be a strong academic candidate
• Guidance for work experience/internship and post-graduation roles that will provide the necessary foundation for career success

Networking & Interview Prep Package©

• Professional networking training for formal and informal settings, mock interview practice, and a list of pertinent questions for the interviewer
• Recommendations for reading/listening sources on industry/company trends in the identified area of interest
• Crafting and perfecting a customized elevator pitch, presentation skills, resume and LinkedIn profile

Creative Portfolio Development Services

Art/Architecture Portfolio Package – Undergraduate©
(Included in Preminente College Concierge Counseling Packages)

Pursuing studio art or architectural studies as an undergraduate is a highly individualized process, geared to each student’s unique style and strengths. Each portfolio is specifically geared to meet the program requirements set forth by the individual college/university.

• Create a list of potential programs at the universities & colleges of interest
• Outline, in detail, those programs’ portfolio requirements
• Suggest a plan, focusing on which specific pieces of the student’s artwork should be utilized and where gaps in the student’s body of work currently exist for a successful admission portfolio
• Advise and assists on the layout and format of the student’s artwork portfolio through a proof-review process with the student
• Advise on artists statements and resume

Portfolios are custom crafted for web viewing, online uploads, CD submissions, or professionally printed formats to best enhance the student’s application.

Students wishing to pursue a non-art major may also partake in the portfolio development process as a means to further enhance their college applications.

Creative Writing Portfolio Package – Undergraduate©

Students wishing to highlight their creative writing as a body of work through an online portfolio may partake in the portfolio development services to further enhance their college applications.

• Evaluation of individual works
• Creation of a website platform and layout via a proof-review process with the student
• Assessment and development of graphics to support the student’s body of work for online presentation

Music/Theater Portfolio and Audition Preparation – Undergraduate©

PREMINENTE offers coordination of music and theater applications, including portfolio evaluation and audition preparation, through PREMINENTE’s Strategic Partners. These Strategic Partners consist of experts in their fields, focusing on the enhancement and presentation of each student’s unique talents. These services are customized for all students.

RCM: Single Comprehensive Consultation

• Discussion focuses on future college plans and advisement services to meet the student’s needs; a suggested plan of action will be determined at this meeting
• This discussion includes any of the following, as applicable: the student’s transcript, official standardized test scores, test planning, extracurricular activities and work experience, resume, personal story and personal statement ideas, application timing and strategy
